Charlie's Murgh- Makhani Butter Chicken

Charlie's version of one of the most famous dishes from Indian cuisine 'Butter Chicken' comes served with a creamy cucumber raita. Slow cooked so the spices can do their work, this is one of our favourites and goes quite nicely with a cold beverage.
