Frequently Asked Questions

Our small platters are approximately 38cm x 25cm and serve up to 10 people. Our large platters are approximately 46cm x 30cm and serve up to 20 people.

These platters are compositable and recyclable. There is no need to return them to us.

If you require a different platter, please let us now and we can arrange this. These platters are boomerangs and require a $20 deposit. Refundable upon return.

The earlier the better!! We take orders up to 48 hours prior, but to avoid disappointment try to get your order in as soon as you can. If life gets in the way and you find yourself needing something last minute, give us a call on 0403 257 912 and we will see what we can do. 

We can cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and nut free (the list goes on) but it’s always best to shoot us an email at farrah@pinchoscatering.com.au prior to ordering if you have concerns. 

We want you to LOVE your platters, so if you have any special requests, we want to know all about them!

We can do our best to arrange local delivery, subject to availability and may incur a cost. If you have a delivery request please forward us an email on farrah@pinchoscatering.com.au

We understand that sometimes things just don’t go to plan. If you need to cancel or postpone your order, please do so at least 48 hours prior for a full refund or to arrange a new date. **Please note that if items for your platter have already been ordered we may withhold an amount to cover these costs.

Never fear! Your order will be kept refrigerated until pick up. But please try to let us know the closest time to pick up that you can. 

All our chicken and beef products are Halal, but its always worth mentioning this requirement in the comments section at the checkout so we can ensure extra care is taken when preparing your order.
